If you don't have the desire and comitment to make the changes, then you never will, no matter what u learn or listen to. Changes in our routine can be uncomfortable and scary at first. They are always around but we do not need them! All I am saying is that some people are open enough for more and for a change and Tony has some pretty good fundamentals that can literally shift someone up (even the US army). For others Tony is nothing but guess what? Who cares man?
