Forget all this crap – just try extreme physical fitness and you won’t ever have any success problems.

Well Brian you sure aren’t lazy, don’t know how many times you swiveled around in that chair for yet another pointless camera change….. (Seriously though, good guy with really good ideas on life etc)

It’s interesting to think of laziness as maximizing efficiency. Through that lens, you could see being lazy as a logical utility maximizing strategy when someone is very risk-adverse. It would cause a tendency for short-term, lazy behavior. Because the person is risk-adverse to investing any time in long-term goals, which may or may not pay out, they focus on the sure-thing of short-term pleasures. Thereby they are not building for the future and could be perceived as being lazy. Makes sense.

There is no “human nature”, there is human _behaviour_, and evidently, it changes a lot depending on the environment raising the individual.

The positive laziness it totally what I’m shooting for. Simple, effective ways to achieve massive success. For those aiming for the negative…get off the couch and go live your dreams.
